Overcoming adversity is simple when you are determined, focused, relentless, intentional, decisive, unstoppable, thankful and in this moment. One of life’s biggest that stops us is procrastination.

Procrastination often shows up as feeling overwhelmed or unorganized or letting distractions interfere with what you want and desire.

Procrastination causes us to make excuses and put off what is important to us like our health which then creates more stress and anxiety.

As a coach, I’ve discovered the main reason people procrastinate is feeling overwhelmed . Follow these 3 simple coaching tips to help you eliminate feeling overwhelmed and stop procrastinating as soon as it shows up.

Tip # 1: Focus on What’s Important – Remind yourself there’s health tips,holistic healthmore to be done than can be done. Than ask yourself what is most important that will keep me moving forward.

Tip # 2: Break Things Down – Break things down to ease the feeling of being overwhelm. Once you start to see an accomplishment or two, you set yourself up to reach your goal.

Tip # 3: Remove Distractions – Eliminate temptations to do something else such as turning off the “siren” that beeps when an email comes in.
